Worst experience ever! I bought a Pork Asado Siopao thinking it was fresh, but to my dissapointment it wasnt. It felt like someone left it in the steamer for a day, and when it didnt sell, they put it away and brought it back out to sit in the steamer again for the next day. One bite and I immediatley went back to try and get a refund, or at least get a diiferent one. The quality was way off, it didnt taste well and didnt taste fresh. It was infact very soggy and had a bad smell to it. Do you want to know what the manager said? She said she was going to take the siopao i have and have her workers taste it to confirm and see if the taste was really off or if it didnt taste well.. Who in the world would say that? I mean, literally after i took a bite out of it, she was going to have her workers taste what ive already bitten into?? And what if the workers thought it tasted well, did she expect me to keep the product?? I mean whoever decided to hire this lady to manage the bakery should think twice about hiring in the future. They need to either let her go or go through some kind of training. Aside from all that she was very rude. Very bad customer service. I will not be supporti

Purchased several items from Valerio's bakery in Oxnard this morning and these included 12 pcs turon, 2 sticks karioka, 1 pack ube bread, and 6 pcs. pan de sal. Everything tasted okay except for the turon. I paid $1.75 each and upon the first bite, you can immediately tell the oil used to fry the turon was rancid and had a tinge of fish taste. Maybe the oil was used to fry fish as well. Very disappointed. If you are going to sell each at this price, you need to ensure you are using quality ingredients. I plan to call the store after I post this to give them this feedback.
